Insurance Direct Sales Representative Job in Kenya

Our client in the Insurance Brokerage Industry is in need of a Direct Sales Executive.

This position requires an individual with high energy levels. 

The candidate deliverables will include bringing in Corporate Sales and dealing with decision makers of different companies and organizations and small businesses that could benefit from our clients insurance health coverage and products. Responsibilities include: 
Drive direct sales and revenues Drive the Direct Strategies for Corporate Sales Develop a direct customer database Plan and execute activations (offline and online where applicable) Manage and lead direct sales team Achievement and exceeding of sales and revenue targets Increased brand visibility A big data base of clients Level of success of activations done A motivated and high performing sales team A first degree ideally in a business related field At least 2 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing in a insurance company position. Professional qualification in Sales & Marketing is required to include certifications in Insurance Must have gained activations before, both offline and online.
