Introduction
- MRM Building Solutions is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Assistant to be base in Thika Service Centre. The candidate must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrate high integrity and professional ethics and make decisions on the role in a prudent manner.

Job Functions
Data Capturing,Others
- Receive sales orders from customers and sales representatives, confirm payment status and log in for production
- Keep customers informed on status of their orders and availability of stocks
- Liaise with production team on production timelines to achieve on time in full
- Prepare and ensure all documentation is in order for loading and invoicing.
- Receive customer feedback and complaints, liaise with concerned departments and follow up to ensure closure of the complaints
- Participate in monthly and annual stock taking exercise
- Maintain updated and authorized discounts for all customers
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Management or any related course
- 1 year relevant working experience
- Computer Literacy
- Good Communication, Analytical, Interpersonal and Problem Solving Skills
- Knowledge in Sales and Marketing is an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills
