JOB DESCRIPTION – GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Nairobi
Description
The main role of the graphic designer is to create engaging contents and graphics that includes logos, layouts, illustrations and to shape the visual aspect of the product.
- Creative designer
- Digital format operator
Responsibilities
- Receipt of design concepts from Directors
- Preparation of designs
- Submission of designs to the Supervisors
- Request for approval of designs by Directors
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Amend designs after feedback in a prompt manner
- Ensure final graphic layouts are visually appealing and with less mishaps on brand
- Converting art files from one art form to another i.e. Eps to jpeg or vector to images etc.
- Liaise with printing supervisor or embroidery supervisor to follow through on the projects

Experience
- Four years’ relevant experience
- Proficient with Adobe suite i.e. In-design, illustrator
- Can work with little to no supervision
- Attention to detail
Skills
- Strong logical thinking skills
- Keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Good communication skills.
- Deadline oriented
Education and professional memberships
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or Fine Arts or any related field
- Advanced computer skills.
- Advanced working knowledge of design software’s and technologies
- Portfolio of graphics and other illustrations
