ONLINE SALES EXECUTIVE


Subaru Kenya is the sole franchise holder and exclusive distributor of the Subaru range of motor vehicles and genuine Subaru parts in East Africa. It is also a division of ECTA (Kenya) Limited. The Subaru range includes the latest models of Impreza, WRX-STI, Subaru XV, Legacy, Forester, & Outback.


We are seeking for a self-driven candidate to work in the capacity of Online Sales Executive. The job holder shall manage and coordinate all online sales of products or services through digital platforms.


 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Develop, implement, and manage our online sales strategy and ensure online sales targets are achieved.

  • Responsible for handling the E-commerce platform, WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, and actively generate sales from this platform.

  • Communicate with customers through phone, e-mails, chats, and other social media platforms

  • Fulfill online parts orders in line with the company policies within Nairobi and its surroundings.

  • Communicate with online followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.

  • Consistently update customer datasheet with phone numbers, requirements, and type of inquiries.

  • Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and provide customers with quotations for parts and service.

  • Update parts database and reports on a day-to-day basis for loss of sale in workshop and at the counter.

  • Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries with appropriate quotations for parts and service

  • Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale.

  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency

  • Review sales performance against monthly targets, aiming to meet or exceed targets.

  • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Media, Communication, or any other business-related field

  • 1-2 years’ experience in online marketing

  • Knowledge of motor industry with hands on experience in the sales of Parts is an added advantage

  • tech-savvy with ability to create innovative marketing campaigns.

  • Excellent communication skills.
