Position: Sales and Marketing Officer
Salary: Kshs.25,000 + Commission

Job Description: Our client seeks to recruit young, aggressive, confident, experienced and independent sales and marketing officers to market and sell their products.
The tasks shall include, but are not limited to;
- Liaising with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and other partner organizations.
- Maintaining and updating customer databases.
- Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relations.
- Identifying marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements.
- Evaluating marketing campaigns.
- Meeting market and sales financial objectives.
- Monitoring competitor activities including competitor strength and weaknesses.
- Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.
Qualifications
- Must have at least a degree in Bachelor of Commerce, Marketing option or a degree in any other relevant field.
- Must have at least 2 years experience in an active sales and marketing job. Experience in sales of Fast Moving Consumable goods shall be an added advantage.
- Should be self motivated, flexible and outgoing.
- Should be aggressive and confident.
- Ready to learn, understand and master the products.
- Must be result oriented and a good time manager and a great team player.
- Applicant must be above 25 years of age.
