Resp. for achieving the growth plans of the company & engage with the Senior Management Team in developing sales strategies that will help in achieving and exceeding budgeted sales growth. Explore Branding & sales of value added Dairy products. Implement approved strategies & achieve results.
Desired Candidate Profile
Dairy Engg/Grad + MBA , 12 + years total exp, alteast worked for past 5 yrs at sr post from Dairy/Agro/Food. Ability to plan, manage at both strategic & ops level. Has a good experience in managing large distribution and channel network. Exceptional track record of developing & implementing marketing & sales strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives, providing personal leadership through example. Willing to relocate to East Africa with family.
