Job Description Title: Compliance and Technical OfficerResponsible to: General Manager and CEO
Responsible for: Environmental, health and safety and third party outsourcing compliance
 BSc. Environmental Science or related fieldMinimum 2 years work related experienceExceptional attention to detailMotivated and enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to co-ordinate and prioritise key tasksConfident working within a team as well as on their ownStrong organisational and communicational skills are imperativeRelevant experience within environmental, health and safety or fire risk managementHigh degree of IT literacyOpen to flexible working and enjoy the challenges associated with a newly established companyKnowledge of environmental and health and safety standardsOpen to continuous learning and updating of laws, policies and procedures of the company, local and national government.Ambition and drive to take full ownership of appropriate tasks.Confident in decision making based on a logical thought process that can be justified when questioned and giving guidance to other company staff, as part of ongoing updating of internal policies and procedures.Customer focused with strong communication and relationship building skills but remaining cautious on contentious issues.Capability to multitask, prioritise and manage own workload.Ability to work under pressure.Ability to pick up new skills and knowledge quickly as well as learn and develop in an ever changing companyHow to Apply
