 Position Summary: Build business by identifying and selling residential and commercial plots to prospective buyers by creating and maintaining relationships with clients.Identify business opportunities; researching and analyzing sales optionsSelling products by establishing contacts and developing relationships with customersTo deliver sales of the company product as per the targets to be givenConducting sales presentations, site visits when selling the company productsPreparation of daily workplan,weekly targets and weekly reportsManaging Debtors and collection of the same.Job Specification
Diploma in sales and MarketingMust have at least 1year experience working in a real estate setup.Good communication and customer service skillsGood standard of grammar (written and verbal)Attention to detailThe ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach.Highly self motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently.Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets.should have some work experience in facing the customersAbility to work to tight deadlinesContributes to team success – actively participates as a member of the team to ensure the team moves towards the completion of its goals.Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales.
