NATIONAL SALES MANAGER (NSM/001)

Job Summary
To build and maintain a high performance sales organization to effectively achieve business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Create and implement effective sales strategies and lead nationwide sales personnel toward achievement of corporate sales objectives.Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organizaticn.Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.Provide sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning.Ensure effective hiring. orientation, training, development and retention of. .des staff.Provide supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results to include performance appraisals and salary reviews.Proactively identify changes in market structure, delivery systems, and competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly.Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.Manage to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.Partner with the Manager - Corporate and Strategic Accounts in the development of key customer relationship management.Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, etc.) to address key business issues and opportunities.Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree (preferable in business) and 8 years in similar industry with at least 3 years in similar position

SKILLS:

Experience and success in recruiting and retaining a high performance sales team and a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse sales team.Solid understanding of the beverage market and RTMDemonstrated ability to achieve sales plans.Proven business analysis and judgment with the ability to proactively manage business and P&L to meet objectives.Demonstrated ability to professionally develop and coach team members.Strategy development, project management, problem solving, and change management skills.Exceptional negotiation skills.Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally. Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.

MARKTEING MANAGER (MM/002)

Job Summary

Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectivesTo evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implemen marketing plan alterations as needed.To oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assumes overall responsibility for developing the annual marketing plan for the organization; for strategic market planning; market research programs and control of the marketing budget.Leads the creation of the category strategy for the company and ensures it drives a profitable growthOverall responsibility for brand management and corporate identityEstablishes marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of productsChallenges channel and customer plans to fully support brand building and other brand and portfolio objectivesConducts yearly portfolio performance analysis to ensure sustainable growth in profits, volume and value shareEnsures portfolio strategy is incorporated into the channel, RTM and customer strategy.Challenges brand strategy to ensure ongoing consumer preference.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing (preferably MBA) and 8-10 years in similar industry with at least 4 years in similar position

SKILLS:

Solid understanding of the beverage market.Excellent presentation skillsDemonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
