Overall Responsibility: Implementation of Human Resource Management policies and procedures in the field to ensure achievement of objectives and goals
Objectives:
Maintenance of accurate Human Resource RecordsEffective staff communicationsOptimal staff productivityTimely and accurate reportsEffective staff welfare servicesStaff counsellingTraining needs analysisKey Responsibilities:Administering welfare matters as required in order to motivate staffAssist in the recruitment processShortlist and invite candidates for interviewsHandling staff complaints and counseling them where necessaryProcessing documents to facilitate service delivery to staffVerifying and processing claims relating to allowances and other expensesPreparing data analysis reportsKeeping safe custody of Human Resource documents and informationDisseminating Human Resource information within the area of dutyMaintaining comprehensive and up to date personnel profile recordsSupervising and ensuring appropriate training of personnelCo-ordinating training programsCarrying out continuous assessment of staff utilization and making appropriate recommendations to ensure staff optimisationDiploma in Human Resource ManagementAt least three (3) years experience in the same position a MUSTProficient in MS-Office SuitThe incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:Human resources managementJob descriptionsPerformance review methods and techniquesAn understanding of relevant legislation, policies and proceduresNB: Qualified candidates only should send in their cvs to frank.vacancies@yahoo.com
