Operations Manager Job in Kenya

Our client, an event set-up firm, is looking to fill the position of Operations Manager.

Terms: Permanent, probation of 3 months
 

Assign various duties and jobs to the set-up employeesMonitor the performance of each of the employeesOversee the set up at the clients’ chosen locationsEnsure that the employees report to work and their various assignments on timePrepare and submit weekly performance & incident reports to the MDConduct regular assignment, safety and performance meetings with the staffMonitor the leave and absence days of the employeesSupport business growth through the acquisition of new clientsManage relationship with the existing clients – frequent communication and updatesDegree / Diploma in any business discipline2-years work experienceGreat communication skillsTeam player with a strong work ethicIf you are a motivated and energetic individual who takes initiative, kindly make your application by clicking APPLY before the 12th May 2014.
