Instep Business Solutions (IBS) is looking to recruit Sales Executives for its client, a motor vehicle dealer, in Nairobi, Kenya.
Position Overview: The role is responsible for meeting vehicle sales targets resulting in increased market share and visibility of the brand in the market.
Responsibilities
Develop a base for long-term sources of clients Conduct regular field visits to prospect and generate sales Gather market information to assist in planning and decision makingActively follow up new leads and referrals resulting from Show Room enquiries, field activity and promotionsFollow through the sales process for vehicle sales orders and liaise with various departments to ensure lead times are adhered to Timely preparation of quotations and accurate sales reportsRegularly update customers on sales order progress, and respond and resolve customer queries in a timely manner Actively participate in promotional activities to market the company’s products and services whilst also coordinating customers training to increase customer service deliveryMinimum of a Diploma in a business related field preferably in Sales, Marketing OR Technical Diploma with Sales/Admin experienceAt least 2 years working experience in the motor industryTechnical background in vehicles will be an added advantageProficiency in ICTMotivation for salesCustomer service oriented with pleasant and outgoing personalityExcellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skillsAbility to interact with clients at different levels, and establish & maintain relationshipsStrong negotiating and influencing skillsValid driving licenseAn attractive salary package (basic retainer and commission), in addition to benefits is on offer dependent on skills, qualifications and experience.Please send your CV in MS Word to jobs@instepbusinesssolutions.com and indicate the job title on the subject and current and expected salary (retainer).
