Articulation of Group Vision, Mission, Values and Business Strategy to:-
Provide a forum where all HR team members in the region will correctly interpret the Group, as well as each individual company’s Vision, Mission and ValuesProvide leadership in developing and implementing the HR StrategyProvide leadership in developing the HR Business Plan cascaded from the Group and each individual company’s Business PlansCoordinate and manage functionally all HR operations within the designated regions to ensure full optimization of all critical HR operations to:-Provide leadership to the respective HR Managers in the successful day to day running of HRDevelopment of robust policies to identify, attract and retain required talent in the designated Group Companies in the Region to:-Provide leadership for recognition of HR as a strategic investment in realizing the Group business objectives in the regions Provide guidance in rationalizing employee levels in the designated region’s Group of CompaniesProvide guidance in the development and implementation of appropriate policies for identification, attraction, positioning and optimization of people performance potential.Review and align HR Strategy with Group as well as designated Regional Companies’ strategies to:-Review HR Strategy in alignment with the Group Business StrategyProvide leadership in articulation salient HR issues that drive essential aspects of HR investment for business competitivenessHarness the HR team potential and optimize their professional output for alignment and implementation of quarterly projectsFunctionally manage all HR Operations Managers within the designated Regions or areas:-Regular review of HR Managers in the day to day operations of the Company in the designated Regions Provide leadership to HR Managers in driving business strategy and operational objectivesProvide leadership in developing a culture of dialogue, monitoring and reporting in the designated RegionsArticulation of HR systems, performance parameters, measures and achievement targets:-Provide leadership in the application of HRISSupervise the provision of consolidated HRIS reports for Board and Business Review MeetingsSupervise the management and implementation of HR systems and procedures within the respective BusinessesProvide leadership in optimizing the use of the performance management systemProvide leadership in benchmarking best HR practicesEncourage the HR Team to be active members of HR professional bodies – locally or internationally for dynamism and currencySupervise and monitor the core HR projects and initiatives with the designated Regions and Business UnitsProvide a centre of excellence and expertise function within the Safal Group:-Build capacity, tools, systems and structures in an HR area of expertiseProvide leadership in turning around the expertise in to a Group Centre of ExcellenceFacilitate the sharing of information and knowledge with Group Companies from the Centre of ExcellenceBudgetary responsibility: N/AProcurement responsibility: N/A
Qualifications
