Sales Manager- Chemicals at ManPower Services


ManPower Services Group is a multinational human resource consulting firm.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.

  • Manage key accounts and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.

  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, Finance, Sales Coordination to ensure product offerings meet customer needs.

  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and build relationships with potential clients.


QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Experience in the Food Ingredients & Chemical industry is preferred.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage a team.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to travel.
