KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Manage key accounts and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, Finance, Sales Coordination to ensure product offerings meet customer needs.
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and build relationships with potential clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in the Food Ingredients & Chemical industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel.
