Kwale International Sugar Company Ltd (KISCOL) based in Ramisi, Kwale County wishes to recruit competent and highly skilled candidates to work in one of its sister companies (Euro Petroleum Products Ltd) based in Nairobi along Baba Dogo Road for the following role: Job Title: Pump Attendant
Job Summary:
To offer excellent service to customers who purchase petrol, diesel and lubricants from the petrol station while handling customer queries and complaints with humility.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Fill in customers vehicles with gasoline or diesel as ordered by the client
- Accepting cash and providing change or verifying payment made through the pay bill number before customers departs
- Verifying the vehicles’ water and oil level when requested by the clients
- Reconcile the daily collections with quantity of gasoline, diesel and lubricants sold
- Prepare daily sales update of gasoline, diesel, accessories and lubricants
- Take the opening and closing balances of gasoline, diesel and lubricants daily.
- Maintain car parks, offices, restrooms, appliances and discard litter at the petrol station
- Ensure receipt of gasoline, diesel and lubricants are recorded during delivery and relevant documents signed
Qualifications and Experience
- Able to read and write effectively
- At least 4 years’ experience in a similar role with established companies
- Ability to work long hours including holidays and weekends
- Extensive knowledge of fuel safety rules and regulations
- Current Police Clearance Certificate.
- Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (e.g. weather conditions etc.).
