Summary

TSAVO City is looking for a recent graduate in the field of Human Resources to design and execute various processes and policies.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Business or Social Science ( i.e Psychology) with a research component


• Professional HR qualification including CHRP, aPHRi or CIPD


• Knowledge of Kenya’s Employment Act


• Ability to conduct Literature reviews

Responsibilities:

• Onboarding new recruits, filling and managing contracts.


• Performance monitoring and improvements.


• Data analysis on all people matters


• Handling termination, conducting exit interviews.


• Creation and improvement of HR policies in line with local legislature
