Availability: immediate
Duration: 6months with possible extension
Compensation: Kshs.25,000
Duties:
- Planning of learning activities for the training period
- Participate in student mobilization activities to ensure that college meets the targeted number of students within timeframe
- Participate in TOT and workshops to learn and deliver curriculums effectively to the students
- Prepare classroom timetable and training calendar for trade
- Deliver practical and theoretical curriculum of the trade
- Conduct internal assessment for trainees(m/w) during and after training
- Source for on job training and internship opportunities for students
- Invite industry players for guest lectures
- Arrange Field visits and exposure visits for trainees(m/w)
- Network with trade specific industries
- Maintain track record of learning and keep the database up to date
- Provide reports as and when required
- Conduct parent’s meetings
- Assist college staff in important assignments as and when need arises
Required Qualifications:
Ø Degree holder in hospitality
Ø Diploma holders with 2 years’ industry experience shall be considered.
Ø strong Practical experience training Food and beverage service
Ø Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).
