Partner Support Representative (PSR)

Our client, a global mobility and logistics technology platform whose flagship service allows users to request quality, on demand rides with a touch of their smartphone are looking to recruit Partner Support Representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering telephone support requests
- Various support tasks
- Walk customers through our app and how to use all the tools to use our app in the most efficient way possible
- Upload and approve documentation
- Stay on top of processes and tools
- Work with the Operations team to streamline procedure
- Help maintain organization of the Partner Support Center
Key Skills and competences
- A passion for Customer Service and experience in the same
- An effective communicator with the ability to interact with customers
- Personable, highly organized, and a patient teacher
- Passion for helping and empowering others
- Ability to quickly and efficiently troubleshoot problems
- Must be tech savvy
- Self-motivated and a great team player
