Responsibilities
Training:
- Develop training programs and prepare teaching
plans - Develop all training literature and teaching
materials; classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals - Implement training programs and evaluate their
effectiveness and quality - Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in
employee learning & development - Monitor the best practice in the training field
and introduce it in the organization - Evaluate and maintain the quality of training
courses by conducting training survey feedback, generate summary report
regarding success or suggested changes for upcoming training sessions.
- Must be NITA certified
- Exceptional analytical, communication and
interpersonal skills. - Bachelor’s Degree (minimum) in Business, Human
Capital, Communications (Education) or similar - 4+ years of professional work experience in
training - Ability to strategically plan and lead
training initiatives through to executional success - Exceptional attention to detail and high
quality deliverable outputs - Ability to analyse and solve complex problems
and express them in simple ways - High degree of resourcefulness; looking beyond
the normal channels of information to dig out data necessary to understand
the ultimate solution - Ability to take ownership and accountability
of project timeline and results - Proficiency in Excel, Project, Power Point and
Word - Exceptional written and oral communication
skills with experience is producing compelling messages; enthusiasm to
communicate clearly, confidently, and precisely - Ability to adapt to a dynamic working
environment and work within a diverse team
