Telecom Company Client Relationship Managers Jobs in Kenya




Our Client is in the Telecommunications industry currently recruiting a Client Relationship Managers

The main responsibility is procurement of new Business as well as maintaining and growing existing accounts.
 




Job Role


  • Have a sales plan to enable you maximize on sales.

  • Business growth through sourcing of new clients

  • Daily follow up on customers from inception to the completion of the final payments

  • Planning for customers visit, developing customer visit schedules and ultimately taking clients to sites on daily basis or as per the plan.

  • Diligently updating customers’ data into CRM on a daily basis.

  • Daily reporting / feedback on business done to the supervisor.

  • Coming up with new ways of doing things, new innovations, putting them down and discussing with the supervisor to agree on way forward

  • Participate and contribute towards new products development and aggressivesale of the same.

  • Representing the company in key meetings when authorized.

  • Taking care of company assets such as company vehicle, maintaining mileage log in and narrating the official business done.

  • Any other duty that maybe assigned.


Requirements;


  • Hold of a Diploma or Degree in a Business related field.

  • Sales experience- Over 2 years – in a commission based environment.

  • Experienced in selling VSAT/Fibre/Wimax a must.

  • Pro-active and motivated self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team.

  • Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills.

  • Computer literate.

  • Communication & leadership skills.

  • Track record- of success.
