Duma Works is recruiting Tech-Savvy marketers (residing in Eastlands area of Nairobi) for one of our clients; a service provider / technology consulting group that works with internet service providers (ISPs) in the developing areas to find the right technology.
The company is seeking several energetic, customer centric and tech savvy team members to help launch and promote a new product.
Team members will be responsible for;
- promoting the company’s services.
- help customers use the company’s product with their personal devices (primarily phones).
- must be able to work independently and quickly solve customer issues.
- must be self-driven and excited at the possibility of working in a quickly growing company!
Desired Skills and Experience
- Degree from reputable university.
- 2 or more years of work experience in a technology related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Passionate about technology.
- Familiarity working with a range of mobile devices including phones, tablets, and laptops.
Languages: Fluent or business level written and spoken English. Fluency in Swahili.
Job Type: Contract position requiring 30-40 hours per week of work with the potential to become a full time position.
Location: Nairobi, Eastlands Area.
