Beauty & Massage Therapist – Diani, Mombasa

Our client, an upmarket Safari Company, is looking for a Beauty & Massage Therapist. 

The ideal candidate will provide a range of non-medical face, body and relaxation treatments customised to a client’s needs, and recommend appropriate products and after-care.

Key Responsibilities;

• Perform facial or body massage and aromatherapy treatment.


• Perform manicures and pedicures.


• Give a facial by cleansing, massaging and toning a client’s skin.


• Manipulate muscles or other soft tissues of the body.


• Prepare and blend oils, and apply the blends to clients’ skin.


• Provide clients with guidance on stretching, strengthening, overall relaxation, and how to improve their posture.


• Evaluate clients to locate painful or tense areas of the body.


• Maintain client relationship.

Qualifications;

• Must have at least a Diploma in Beauty therapy or equivalent.


• Must have at least 3-5 years experience.


• Must be self motivated and professional.


• Must have a friendly and welcoming manner.


• Sound knowledge on Africology products is a plus.


• Have a keen awareness of health and safety issues.


• Ability to create a calm environment where clients can relax.


• Be able to treat client information with confidentiality.


• Must be strong and able to exert pressure when manipulating a client’s muscles.


• Great listening and communication skills.


• A talent for applying nail art.

Monthly gross salary: Ksh.25,000 – 30,000/= (Approx. 250 – 300 USD) depending on experience
