Assistant Technical Manager (Agriculture)
Our client, the largest supplier of Application Technology Equipments for the Agricultural, Floricultural and Horticultural sectors in East Africa is looking for an Assistant Technical Manager.
Key Responsibilities;
- Ensure teams follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across project phases.
- Guide the team through the development, testing and implementation stages.
- Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development and systems integration.
- Make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation.
- Identify resource and equipment requirements, efficient capacity planning.
- Manage GPS softwares and hardware availability.
- Provide technical training to teams when required.
Qualifications;
- Must have a degree a relevant in Agriculture Engineering.
- Proven 3 years working experience agriculture sector in a similar role.
- Must be technically sound.
- Good understanding of the GPS tracking systems.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 80,000 – 150,000/= (Approx. 8,200 – 9,400 USD)depending on experience
