- Successful track record of developing and executing successful business strategies and plans
- Proven ability to achieve tangible business results
- Solid operational and commercial business experience
- Understanding of business accounting principles and budget preparation
- Prior experience in leading others in an international matrix organization
- Experience of dealing with local authorities
- Change management, financial & sales management and project management skills
- Customer relationship management skills and experience
- Market and customer business understanding
- Solid knowledge of installation methods and pre-start requirements
- Basic financial business and process management knowledge
- Wide knowledge of construction industry contracts and their management
- Project management skills and experience
- Basic knowledge of employment law in relevant country/area
Skills, Education and Experience
- Prior experience of min 8 years of business management in sales and/or operational management with budget responsibility
- Prior experience of min 6 years in a management/leadership position
- At the minimum BSc. degree in Economics, Business, Technical or other relevant field completed
- Fluency in English
- Prior working experience in people leadership
- Prior working experience in elevator installation management
- Prior working experience in customer relationship management is an asset
