Anglican Development Services – Western (ADS-Western) is the development arm of the six Dioceses of the Anglican Church of Kenya.
It is a Faith based organization whose purpose is to facilitate the rural communities in Western Kenya to realize sustainable socio-economic development, in conjunction with its investment arm ACK Western Region Investment Company (AWRICO) invites applications from dynamic, goal oriented and higher performer with experience in identifying, developing and implementing funding and partnership strategies to fill the following positions:-
1. Fundraising and Partnership Manager
Qualifications:-
- A degree in Social Sciences, Development, International relations, or any other relevant studies.
- Advanced degree in Project Management or related field will be added advantage.
- Significant experience in a similar position.
- Experience of leading successful fundraising campaigns.
- Experience in dealing with partner relations e.g. DFID, USAID, EU amongst others
2. Business Development Manager
Qualifications:-
- A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a background in Finance, Sales and Accounting
- An MBA is an added advantage
- Excellent level of technical and selling knowledge in all areas.
- Must be able to operate Microsoft Office and associated programs.
- Must hold a full clean driving license
- A proven background in business development
- Up to 5 years of sales or marketing experience
