Job Title: Steel Welder
Industry: Signage Production
Location: NairobiOur client is a leading regional company in signage production and installation in petrol retail, automotive and banking sectors.
The company is based in Nairobi, and they are looking to hire a Steel Welder.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for various types of weld preparation, welding and weld finishing operations to manufacture product to customer drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction
- Joins, fabricates, and repairs metal and other weldable material by applying appropriate welding techniques.
- Reading blueprints and understanding how the final product should look
- Troubleshooting flaws in welds or structural imperfections in the metal
- Must Have at least 2 (two) years steel welding experience
- Must have excellent arc welding skills
- Must have relevant welding qualifications
- Strong work ethic & attentive to detail
- Have a good knowledge of fabrication
