Our client, a hospital as part of its growth wishes to recruit a dynamic and committed individual to the position of a Pharmacist.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Participate in multidisciplinary patient care activities
- Implement clinical and patient care activities at inpatient and outpatient settings
- Participate in operational and other research activities
- Provide drug information services
- Mentor pharmaceutical technologists and supervise interns
- Implement quality improvement initiatives in pharmaceutical and clinical service delivery
Position Requirements:
- Holder of Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from a recognized institution
- Registered by the Pharmacy Board with current professional practice license.
- More than 2 years experience working in a busy hospital.
- Post – Graduate Clinical Pharmacy qualifications from a recognized institution
