Main Purpose of the Job
To render quality occupational health services and holistic health care to all Unilever Kenya Limited employees. Key Responsibilities
· Carry out Occupational Heath surveillance for Foods, Welfare block, site and Warehouse and

· Provide primary health care.

· Ensure monthly medical records and reports.

· Ensure Food handlers compliance with legislative and policy requirements.

· Participate in the rollout of ART policy by monitoring VCT programs.

· Management of sick off and return to work procedure.

· Carry out Entry, Annual, Exit and inter departmental medical examinations for the employees.

· Implement the OH site work plan & deliver KPIs.

· Ensure OH surveillance – foods, warehouse, Canteen and general site areas.

· Participate in OH and HIV/AIDs Education and Training Calendar.

· Ensure surveillance reports for Foods, Welfare Block, Warehouse and general site areas.

· Ensure daily primary health care records.

· Ensure site vitality & healthcare programs – wellness, VCT, nutrition, etc.
Key Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing


• Certificate in Counselling, Occupational Health and Computer packages


• Years of ‘Experience: 3-5years


• High levels of drive and proactivity


• Effective communication and Influencing Skills
