Job Title: Human Resource Officer


Location: Nairobi, KenyaPreferred Personnel Africa is looking for an experienced and energetic individual to join us as a Human Resources Officer. PPA is a professional human resources agency, with over 20 years of experience within the East African Market and our vision is to provide the right staff for the right people.

The HR Officer should have experience in basic HR services including staff recruitment, payroll, compensation management, performance management with a good understanding and practical knowledge of the Kenya Labor laws and statutory returns.


Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Able to multi-task.

  • Maintain good relationships with employees and business partners.

  • Show a committed demeanor to their work, constantly seeking to make improvements to all HR projects.

Qualifications:


  • Degree in Human Resources Management or any Social Science discipline.

  • Postgraduate diploma in Human Resources Management.

  • At least five years in a dynamic human resources role.

  • Experiences within Performance Management, Redundancy and Layoffs are a KEY REQUIREMENT to this role.
