Our Client is a Furniture Outlet Currently recruiting Field Sales Executives
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
- Driving a solution set across development teams primarily Business Development, Consulting and Product teams through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
- Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
- Working with the research part of the business to figure out new products or services
- Doing studies of the company’s competitors to find out their weaknesses
Required Education, Experience and Skills
- A bachelor’s degree / Diploma in business administration or relevant discipline is preferred but not required.
- 2 – 5 years’ experience in direct sales/face-to-face position.
- Furniture sales experience is preferred
- Able to demonstrate strong verbal communication, interpersonal skills and build relations with customers, suppliers and employees.
- Must have a strong understanding of business drivers, planning and negotiations.
