Our client, a Financial Equipment Supplier Company based in China is seeking to recruit a Nigerian Technical Support Engineer.
The successful candidate MUST have prior working experience in the ATM industry/similar banking equipment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to partner or end user to solve ATM technical problems.
- Travel to other cities for on-site support.
- Manage & process customer complaints and/or new requirement processes.
- Prepare service reports to the customer and prepare technical analysis.
- Collect data and submit bi-weekly report to Headquarters.
- Assist the local supervisor and manager to prepare the technical tender documents.
- Manage local projects such as Pilot-Test, Technical Upgrades and others.
- Prepare and help out in technical documentation such as the spare-part lists.
Qualifications:
- Must have 2 years working experience in technical support or customer service.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Electronics Engineering.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Ability to speak Mandarin and write Chinese will be an added advantage.
- Must possess an outgoing and proactive personality.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh 350,000 – 500,000 (Approx. 3,889 – 5,556 USD) depending on experience& qualification
