Our Client a Group of Companies from the manufacturing industry is seeking to recruit a qualified person to fill the position of Hardware Sales Executive
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and deliver on executing over the counter sales.
- Deliver on sales targets as per agreed KPI’s .
- Own the process of generating quotations for counter.
- Manage telephone customer enquiries.
- New business development.
- Offering product knowledge and direct sales services.
- Timely processing of customer orders.
- Pro-active confirmation on stock availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or a diploma in Business Management.
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales and negotiating skills.
- Experience in sales of steel products or related industry products.
- Good relationship building, communication and networking skills.
- Good Influencing, negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Possess up-to-date product knowledge of steel industry.
- Negotiation skills
- High level of customer service
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 30,000/= (Approx. 333 USD)depending on experience
