: Reporting to the General Manager – Business Development Department he/she will be responsible for infrastructure project work and support for any other related projects work.Minimum Qualifications
University degree in Business or Engineering Project experience is mandatorySales qualification is an added advantage3 years experience in similar role in large organization 35 years and belowMarket research and analysis on projects including information collection.Development and coordination with partnering companiesDaily and weekly reporting on project activity to the General ManagerPreparation of Tender documents for prospective businessesMonitoring of site activities and progress reportingPreparation of action plans in conjunction with General ManagerLiaising with key government institutions with regard to prospective and ongoing projectsConstant communication with partners, for example, engineers, contractors and all service providers.Strong public relations skillsGood network with relevant stakeholdersWell updated with current affairs focusing on regional infrastructure developmentsGood negotiation skillStrong and aggressive motivation.
