Our client in the media industry is seeking to fill the position of Sales director.
This position will be based in Tanzania and interested candidates must be ready to relocate .Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain market agentsAccount management of key market segmentsImplementing channel sales PolicyClient relationship with dealers and customers to solve the problem, confront and deal with customer complaints quickly and gather market information;Managing Information dealers Analyze information from dealers ,market trends and market forecast;Generate sales through expanding market chains and achieve sales targets;Identify sales opportunity, setting up initial sales and meeting clients;Set sales targets and develop specific programsFollow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity;Develop and implement special sales activities to increase salesOrganize and participate in training new staff;Monitor staff, checks their record sales and payments on timeDevelopment and execution of all Sales Operational activities, to include strategy, sales process, pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, analytics, sales tools & resources such as sales force ,bid management, training, systems and tools and;Qualifications / Skills / Knowledge and Attributes:Business related DegreeShould have a minimum experience of 7 years and above in sales, preferably in the media industry;Previous senior leadership experience within sales required;Interested and qualified applicants should send their applications and CV’s stating their current and expected salary to executivesearch@humantalentrecruit.com not later than 10th January 2015.Clearly indicate “SALES DIRECTOR – TANZANIA ” on the subject of the application email.
