Essential Duties;
Operate a multiline telephone system to answer incoming telephone calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel.Provides callers with information about the organization.Welcomes visitors and informs appropriate personnel of their arrivals.Supports Office Supervisor with daily operations.Attends daily status meetings.
