It has opened operations in Kisumu Regions, and is seeking dedicated, professional team players to fill in the following positions:

Welcomes visitors and informs appropriate personnel of their arrivalsAttract potential Customers by answering product and service enquiriesMaintain customer records up to dateProactively resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint/concern; Receive and process orders from clientsService the customer requestsSupport supervisors with daily operationsPerforms other clerical duties as needed e.g. filing; typing; correspondenceSelf driven and entrepreneurial personalityExcellent communication and presentation skillsBe a positive influencer by demonstrating ethical behavior, instilling motivation, gaining respect and trust and championing equality and diversityStrong understanding of customer serviceDiploma preferably in Sales/Marketing and BusinessMust have 3 years experience in areas of customer service, sales and marketing Good working knowledge of IT systems and softwareHow to Apply:
