Job Description We are currently recruiting in Nairobi, Kenya, aClient Operations Manager To supervise the execution of logistics work for a specific client portfolio as well as take charge of the related communication to the clientSupervise the team, set goals and monitor the performance of the direct reports.Manage the operational relationship with the client and alert them in case of any operational issues.Monitor file processing and ensure SOP’s are adhered to at every step of the business process.Ensure that operations are performed in respect to the gross margin & disbursements anticipated  when quotations have been issuedControl the costs within the COM unit.Alert Management in case of significant issues impacting the operationsPrepare monthly KPI reports and submit to the HoD.
