III or KCSE C+ At least 3 years relevant work experience preferably in an automated university or research library systemCertificate in ICT or comparable experience of at least 2 yearsMust be a good team player capable of fostering a cooperative work environmentAssist users, utilize print and electronic information resources Maintain and update library database Handle general reference queries Maintain order in arrangement of library materials Diploma in Catering At least 3 years experience working in a busy catering establishment and preparing a la carte dishesMust be a good team player capable of fostering a cooperative work environmentProduction of healthy food in various stations as designated to meet quality and quantitySupervision of kitchen staff and directing meal preparation Estimating food requirements and ordering food together with other suppliesPortioning, arranging, and garnishing food; serving food to waiters or guestsCleaning food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensilsDevelopment of new recipesMinimum of a Certificate in Food Production At least 3 years experience working in a catering establishment (mostly in an institution)Must be a good team player capable of fostering a cooperative work environmentProduction of healthy food in various stations as designated to meet quality and quantityPortioning, arranging, and garnishing food; serving food to waiters or guestsCleaning food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensilsDevelopment of new recipes
