Reporting: Managing Director Thro’ General manager Responsible For: Sales AssistantJob Summary – to provide timely sales information to the management by compiling, forecasting and analyzing sales reports and draw strategies and to grow overall sales
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare sales forecast reportsPrepare and analyze high quality monthly quarterly and annual sales reports including commentary performance indicators and benchmarkingEstablish sales territory and systems of reporting and communication with clientsLead and manage sales representative team performance and administrationSchedule and supervise sales representative field itineraryMotivate and coordinate the sales teamProvide input for annual revenue reportPlan and coordinate new product launchesReconcile invoices and perform credit control functionsAdvice management on new marketsFollow up tender business in the county, schools, dispensaries etcmanage a team of experienced sales peopleEnsure sales and business growth through sales volume and profitsImprove customer relationship managementIncrease rate of contact with clientsImprove product performanceEnsure accurate cash flow and debtor statusEnsure timeliness and accuracy of invoicingAny other sales related duty that may be required from time to timeQualification and Competencies RequiredDegree in Economics, Business management or equivalentMinimum of 3 years working experience in business or sales administrationPrior experience working in a pharmacy.Should be able to effectively solve and mediate problems both business and staffHave proven managerial skills and experience and able to contribute toward the development of department strategy Proficiency in computer Above 32 years of ageHave strong analytic and quantitative skills; ability to determine trends and propose solutions Have excellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work under pressure; flexible and adaptable Resourceful, mature, hard-working honest, trustworthy and energeticDemonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace organizationMust possess socio-culture awareness and sensitivityMust be flexible and demonstrate sound work ethicsMust have excellent customer focus both internally and externallyResult oriented and time consciousPleasant personality and be highly organizedProfessional demeanor and appearanceBe able to handle confidential and sensitive information with the secrecy requiredIf you are interested and qualified please send a cover letter and CV to recruitment@postureconsulting.com, indicating the job applying for in the subject of the email.
