Our client is an Environment Organization based in Nairobi and established to mobilize, manage, and avail resources for environment management.Executive Assistant to the CEORef: WA/HCDS/HRA/03

This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for managing a wide range of support functions.
The ability to interact with Executives, Employees and Clients at all levels in a fast paced environment, while remaining flexible, proactive, and resourceful with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related fieldFour (4) years of proved track record and experience in working in an Executive officeExpert working level knowledge of MS Office applications and InternetThe Applicant should be highly organized and detail-oriented with proven experience in providing thorough and skillful administrative support to senior executives. Must be dedicated and focused; Expert ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and taking initiative to follow through to achieve project goals with limited supervision. He/she should have excellent skills in all forms of business communication, strong detail orientation, planning, organizing and general office management.The successful Applicants will be offered a vibrant working environment, attractive remuneration package commensurate with the seniority and responsibilities of the position.
