Our client a group of company that deal with both manufacturing and construction urgently need to fill the above position.

Job Purpose: To assist in supporting store departments in ensuring  that the company’s information management systems and controls are up to date and operating well  by complying  with the set standards.

Indicators of good performance of the jobProper standards  for system  availability set and achievedExperience in stores operationsTimely data  entry of information with a backup systemOptimal network integrity and security achieved.Main Duties and Responsibilities

Stock Management and Inventory ControlPhysical Stock Management and Warehouse Operations systemsOperate a security system that safeguards stock and addresses safety as an integral part of company business processes.Maintain a continual count and record of all stock items. Achieve zero stock loss.Ensure warehouse arrangements are optimized for space utilization and easy identification/count of all stocks daily in less than 1 hr.Ensure all movement of stocks are correctly recorded or invoiced and cash collected and banked for all sales.Ensure 100% accuracy in all document processing.Undertake daily reconciliation of the following recordsPhysical stocksStocks as per sub-ledgerStocks as per general ledger.Diploma in Purchasing & Supplies/ warehouse Management3 years experience in  storePractical experience with SAP software a mustInnovation and analytical skillsAble to work under pressureHonest, high level of integrity and self starterAccurate and efficient and able to work to deadlinesAttention to details and open mindedGood communication skillsNB: Qualified candidates only should send in their cvs to frank.vacancies@yahoo.com
