Position Summary: We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Senior Electronic and Mobile Health Specialist for a USAID-funded East, Central and Southern Africa regional project addressing the health and development needs of vulnerable populations living and working along major transport corridors in the region. He/she will lead the design, implementation and evaluation of innovative mobile health and information technology innovations that increase access to and uptake of convenient, high-quality HIV and other health services along transport routes while increasing the cost-effectiveness of interventions.This position will be based in an East African country.Advanced degree in information technology, engineering, business or related field.Minimum seven (5) years of relevant professional experience managing andInformation technology programs with a minimum of (3) years’ experience in sub-Saharan Africa, Eastern Africa experience preferred.Knowledge of cutting-edge, innovative mobile and electronic health applications that enhance health systems, increase cost-effectiveness, incentivize the private sector, improve data collection and reporting for program improvement, etc.Experience working with private sector bodies in Eastern, Southern and Central in application of mobile health technologyDemonstrated ability to work effectively across a broad range of stakeholders including government representatives, for-profit private sector entities, local community organizations, donors and other stakeholders.Prior work experience in a non-governmental organization (NGO), government agency, or private company.Use independent judgment and initiative to manage high volume work flow and determine priorities.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Excellent organizational and analytical skills.Excellent and demonstrated program/project management skills.Ability to influence and collaborate with others.Demonstrated proficiency with using Microsoft Office Suite required.Ability to analyze and interpret data, identify errors and prepare reports.Ability to problem solve and implements corrective action as needed.

Position Summary: We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Senior Health Systems Policy & Regulatory Analyst for a USAID-funded East, Central and Southern Africa regional project addressing the health and development needs of vulnerable populations living and working along major transport corridors in the region. He/she will provide support to regional East, Central and Southern Africa intergovernmental bodies to develop and implement regional policies, agreements and regulatory processes which reflect shared priorities in health, economic integration and development for communities along transport corridors.
