Our client a distinguished, fast growing Insurance Company in Rwanda is looking to recruit a Human Resource Manager.The successful candidate MUST have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in Rwanda.
Must be fluent in English, French and Kinyarwanda.Fluent in Kiswahili.Must have previous experience drafting and implementing HR Policies and systems.Must have previous experience composing and implementing training and development systems.Must have benefits and compensation management experience.Must have organisational design and recruitment implementation experience.Must have good working knowledge of Rwanda labour laws, legal procedures, and government regulations.Must have a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.Having an MBA will have an added advantage.Good working knowledge of East African labour laws, legal procedures, and government regulations.Must have over 7 years working experience, 2 of which must be in a senior management role.Must have worked in an organisation with over 100 employees.Must be competent in use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Monthly gross salary: Competitive remuneration depending on experience
