C&R Group, the leading share registrar in Kenya, is looking for a workflow Officer to be based in Nairobi. This position seeks a person with operational, analytical and IT skills.
Here below is a list of the main duties entailed to the position of the workflow officer:
Referencing / Coding all the documents that are presented to the office for general operations processes.Allocating all the different documents to the specific operations officers for action after the documents have been scanned.Monitoring the movement of each document from one officer/office to another during the processing period.Updating the Document and Data Movement System otherwise known as the Workflow for ease of reference by other staff that use the same system to follow up or monitor the processes involved within operations.Preparing Weekly Operations Report that give a breakdown of operations procedures, documents received for processing, document movement and the total operations output.Preparing the Quarterly Operations Report that give an overview of the total documents received, documents processed, pending work and total number of clients attended to within the quarter.Job Specifications and Other Information Related to the Job:Diploma in a Business related field. IT is an added advantage. 2 to 3 years of experience in a clerical positionStrong analytical skills.Good computer skills.
