Neo Marketing, a leading below-the-line marketing agency, with over five years experience in delivering brand experiences wishes to fill the position of Sales Manager. The ideal candidate should have a passion for selling and is able to hit the ground running.

Job Purpose: Sell mobile services by implementing sales plans and supervising sales staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.Implementing regional sales programs by developing field sales action plans.Completing regional sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.Maintaining sales employees by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.Maintaining sales employees’ job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Working with customers to anticipate and interpret customer needs and business challengesResponding to complex and sensitive logistical issues and questions; create innovative and profitable solutionsEstablishing and maintaining relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partnersStrategically partnering with internal departments to ensure continual and consistent service is providedBusiness-to-business sales experience in any industryBachelor’s degree or equivalent required4-10 years of related sales or management experienceBusiness-to-business sales experience through which the following key success factors have been developed: sales skills, communication, influence & negotiation, problem solving, and planning & organizing skills.Interested candidates who meet the above criteria should submit their online application on or before 7th April 2014 at http://goo.gl/T8sryH
