Reporting to: Director – Projects

Role: Administration

Profile: Bachelors Degree with 3-5 Years of experience in General Administration with minimum 2 Years experience of Estate Management and Administration.

To ensure Management of Entire EstateTo ensure all the movement of stock in and out of estate is properly recorded.To ensure Time bound Maintenance of the EstateTo ensure all the related annual Government approval/license/permits taken in time.To ensure the Insurance Cover of the Estate is up to dateTo ensure all the internal fixtures are in place, and to check and record their movement.To supervise maintenance staff of the related Estate.To ensure all the Statutory Payment like Water/Gas/Electricity, is paid on time.Any Other responsibilities as entrusted by management, from time to time.How to Apply Ideal Candidates having relevant qualification and work experience can send in their updated resumes to careers@kwale-group.com, by 30th April, 2014.
