Health Records and Information Officer – Jumuia Friends Hospital, Kaimosi Ref: HRIO – JFHK

Reporting to the Hospital Administrator, this position will be responsible for:

Ensure sufficient data collecting tools are availed to the hospitalCollect, compile and store health information data from the hospital.Process and summarize the data into meaningful weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reportsConduct on job training for the record clerks in the hospitalIdentify gaps and suggest ways of improving records and sharing of program dataDesign and review monitoring and evaluation tools used by the program sectors.Certificate in Health Information from a recognized medical training collegeAt least 2 years’ experience in a similar positionOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
