Degree / Diploma in agriculture or horticulture
A minimum of 3 years’ working experience with out growers
Ability to deal tactfully with farmers and staff members.
Demonstrate initiative and good judgment
Experience in working and helping in group formation (will be an added advantage)
Good communication and report writing skills.
A valid motor bike riding course
Fluency in English and Swahili
