Senior Master I I (T-scale 12 ) at Teachers Service Commission (TSC)

The employees are expected to apply the skills, knowledge, competencies that meet the standards needed for the work assigned. Integrity’s employees conduct themselves in a manner that demonstrates honesty, high moral and ethical standards, and commitment to work.


REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT


For appointment to this grade, a teacher must: –



  • Have served as Senior Master II/Deputy Principal III, T-Scale 11 for a minimum period of two (2) years;

  • Have obtained a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process;

  • Have demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor and provide professional support to other teachers;

  • Meet the requirements of Chapter six (6) of the Constitution; and

  • Meet any other requirement deemed necessary by the Commission.
