The ESL Future Leadership Program was started in 2015 to offer eligible candidates an opportunity to acquire direct practical experience in their field of study and in the maritime industry at large. The program is currently in its 10th Cohort.

We seek to give opportunities to candidates who ideally hold professional and academic qualifications in the below fields to join our next intake: Information Technology with a major in design and savvy in social media space. Eligibility: Holder of professional and academic qualifications in the noted fields above. Must demonstrate excellent academic performance as demonstrated by recent university or institution records. Recent graduate. Personal Attributes  Should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be goal oriented, passionate, and proactive. Readiness to learn. Should possess strong analytical skills. Excellent at internet and web navigation. NB: The program will be based in Nairobi.
